Refund Policy

STANDARD REFUND TERMS

This Policy is provided in the English language. To the extent any translation is provided to you, it is provided for convenience purposes only, and in the event of any conflict between the English and translated version, the English version will control and prevail.

  • Refund Policy for Advance Payments

Boss Design Prints collects advance payment of 100% of total value for any product or service that are rendered on https://www.designprints.com. After the order has been placed on our website and services or production has started the order cannot be voided or payments refunded.

  • Cancellations and Refunds:

Boss Design Prints affiliated company will not refund any money for the orders that were shipped or were cancelled after the order was being processed. 

  • Exception for Advance¬† Payment Refund

The 100% deposit of advance paid is only refundable, if we have not started any services or production for that order. In some cases 50% of the advance payment can be returned for graphic design services only.

  • Mode of Refund

Refunds on Boss Design Prints are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options:

Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking
If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the amount paid will be refunded/ will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 5 working days. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by Boss Design Prints.
